State of Karnataka State Contractors Association to Mr.k.Kemppanna , Fight Corruption for Publication of Karnataka State of Kerala To no avail. The KSCA has welcomed the government’s stance on the tender process, which the Association has made clear that the road to struggle is inevitable and insists on a high level of investigation into corruption. Corruption should be reduced as governments change. But as prices rise, corruption is on the rise. This has led to the deterioration of the quality of the works and the plight of the contractors. Corruption is widespread in the public sector, water resources, rural development and panchayat raj, small irrigation and large-scale Bangalore Metropolitan Park (BBMP), which manages major industries, accounting for about a quarter of the total grant sanction. The corruption process, which begins before the tender is approved, will continue until the bill is paid. Therefore, the decision of the large-scale protests in Bengaluru has been taken to warn the government at its executive committee meeting on December 8. But there is an increase in pending practice from 2018-19. We request that all departments prepare a separate budget for the upcoming budget by preparing an exhaustive list of ongoing and upcoming works. The pressure on the government and contractors will be reduced if tenders are invited for works based on the availability of grants. The government has found a strategy known as package management, which aims to exclude local contractors by abolishing the package. There are rules that must be unnecessarily eligible. Instead of calling for a tender of Rs. Tenders are being offered to exclude local and state contractors and bring in neighboring state contractors.
