Bengaluru. Karnataka State Backward Classes Lawyers Association is happy to inform them that they have been registered and born in law. This association was not born in opposition to any of the upper castes, and it was not the purpose of the association to compete with the upper classes. The purpose of this association was to make this country a dream of “secular equality”, but despite the seventy years of independence, the exploitation of this caste system continues to be equally unfair to other backward classes of 50% of the population. The association has been re-registered and brought into existence, assuming there is a need for association with lawyers. The main purpose of this association is to fight injustice caused by caste system and inequality. It is not to be exaggerated to say that even the judicial system, based on caste, has had adverse effects on the working class, lawyers and judges.The reservation law is invalid because it has political power in the hands of the upper castes of the people, even though backward reservations are made for social justice and equality. We regret to say that it is being misused, for example in the state for fear of pontiffs going to recruit five-year-olds into the 2’A ‘class, and forcing the magistrate’s report to be the basis for scientific reservation. Established in the framework of the law. We request all backward classes, lawyers, through this press conference not to enforce, but to support the mission of this association, to strengthen the association, to become more and more members, and to strengthen the hands of this association.
