KSRTC DRIVERS RECEIVE ASRTU HEROS ON THE ROAD AWARD

New Delhi: Two drivers of KSRTC with 33 years of accident free service record receive ASRTU HEROES ON
THE ROAD award.
Shri. Eajaj Ahmed Sharieff, Driver Badge No.1904, Hunsuru Depot and Shri. Ishaq Sharieff,
Driver, Badge No 2197, Satagalli Depot of Mysore Division of KSRTC won ASRTU Heroes on the Road
award.
In an award felicitation function organized at New Delhi, today, KSRTC Drivers with their
family were presented with an award with a cash prize of Rs.10,000 by Smt. Alka Upadhaya, IAS.,
Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways , Govt. of India and President, ASRTU (Association
of State Road Transport Undertaking) and Shri. Shekhar Channe, IAS., Vice President, ASRTU and
Vice Chairman & Managing Director , MSRTC.
