215th fruit and flower Show begins
Bengaluru: Chief Minister who spoke on this occasion, said that it is timely to organize a fruit flower exhibition with the aim of introducing Basavadi Sharan named Kam Vimuktawada to Nadi, said Chief Minister Siddaramaiah .
CM Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar gave the drive. Models are constructed. Dr. Shamma Iksal, Director D.S. Transport Minister Ramalingareddy, Horticulture S.S. Ramesh, Joint Director Dr. M. Jagdish, Deputy Director G. Kusuma Mallikarjuna, Secretary to Government was present.
This fruit flower exhibition has been organized with the aim of introducing the teachings and doctrines of Sharan to the common people and the exhibition will be held till January 28. Common people should make good use of this,” he said.
More than 32 lakh flowers of about 68 varieties of flowers including Experience Mandapam, Eikya Mandapam etc.
