Free surgery for economically backward women
Bengaluru : Whitefield Kinder Hospital, Bengaluru has offered to provide gynecological and other general surgeries free of cost to economically weaker section women suffering from gynecological problems.
This is a project undertaken by Kinder Women’s Velair Trust under the CSR initiative at a cost of around 2. Under the name ‘Kind Ma Jeevan’ free surgery is provided to women in Mahadeva constituency. Through this, Adhini aims to meet the health needs of disadvantaged and vulnerable women.
Kinder Women’s Venner Trust has taken steps to provide livelihood and address the health needs of economically backward women in Bengaluru, where it is difficult for them to access quality treatment. Through this scheme every woman will be able to get quality health care according to her socioeconomic status.
Kinder Ma Jeevan Inaugural Program will be held on February 13 at Kalyana Mandapam, Whitefield Main Road. Honorable guests including former MLA Shri Aravinda Limbavali Mahadevpur MLA Mrs. Manjula Aravinda Limbavali and Poonachna from Sandalwood will be present. Kinder Hospital Obstetrician and Gynecologist Dr. Aparna Patil Manthadi, Kinder Ma Jeevan Yojana aims to not only address women’s health needs but also to create awareness about women’s health by providing free gynecological surgeries and other general surgeries. By this we are laying the foundation for a healthy and happy society.
