Application hearing today
Prajwal’s lawyer Arun, who had applied for bail in the cases of rape and sexual assault registered in Hassan’s cyber station, Holenarseepur station and CID station, requested the judge to conduct an urgent hearing. Documents including passport seized
The SIT officials, who were stationed at KIAL for the arrest of Prajwal, got special permission from the airport security forces and entered the terminal and waited near the immigration department. He had booked a flight ticket to come to Bangalore from Munich, Germany on Thursday. He had booked a business class ticket on a Lufthansa Airlines flight (LH764). The flight took off from Munich at 4.05 pm IST and arrived at KIAL in Bangalore late at 12.50 pm.
JDS MP who fled abroad
Prajwal, who had fled to Germany overnight on August 26 after the indecent videos of sexual assaults were revealed, had been underground for 34 days. He had changed his residence to Dubai, London and Germany and released a video statement from abroad on May 27.

Prajwal Revanna, who was hiding abroad underground, landed at Kempegowda International Airport (KIAL) in Bangalore late on Thursday night and was taken into custody by the SIT officials.
