Bengaluru: Executive Council of the Methodist Church in India has appointed /assigned Bishop Dr. Anilkumar Servand as the Bishop of the Bangalore Episcopal Area (having the jurisdiction in all Karnataka, part of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra and Goa State) with immediate effect. In this regard, a welcome program has been arranged on February 4, 2025 at 11 am in the Baldwin International School Auditorium #14, Hosur Road, Richmond Town Bengaluru 560025.
Bishop Dr. Anilkumar Servand will also be the Chairman of the Baldwin Group of Institutions in Bengaluru, Kolar and Raichur and also Chairman of Belgaum District Methodist Educational Society.
The Methodist Church in India is an All India protestant church having its presence in almost all the states in India. At the new Bishop Dr. Anilkumar Servand addresses the gathering and takes charge in Bengaluru tomorrow.
