N.Katti Mani Has there been an attempt to cover up the report submitted by Hon’ble Shri Sudhindra Rao, Retired Chief Justice of the High Court regarding the injustices committed by the retired Chancellors, Kattimani, Agricultural University, Raichur by the Secretariat of the Hon’ble Governor’s office? Otherwise why the delay in its implementation and what are the reasons for the silence? said Mr. Hanumanth Reddy BJP Leader of Raichur.

Katti Mani On the basis of complaints filed by several social workers, various organizations and myself about the injustices committed by Kattimani, retired Chancellors, Agricultural University, Raichur, the previous government constituted a single member bench inquiry committee headed by Hon’ble Shri Sudhindra Rao, retired Chief Justice of the High Court. Retired Chief Justice Hon’ble Shri Sudhindra Rao Dr. K. N. Kattimani conducted an investigation into the various processes of unfairness, illegality and diversion of funds during his tenure in the recruitment of non-teaching posts, tenders, security personnel deployment, recruitment of staff on compassionate grounds and submitted a detailed report along with punitive recommendations to the Government Secretaries, Agriculture Department, Bangalore in September 2022. It was done by the previous government’s agriculture minister, Dr K. N. It is well known that Kattimani has been forwarded to the Honorable Governor to take action against him. But why no action has been taken against them till now? And was there an attempt to cover it up by the Secretariat of the Hon’ble Governor’s Office? Dr|| K. N. How much more time is needed to take action against Kattimani?
Based on compliant letter of mine and many others, Hon’ble Governor and His Excellency directed Secretary (Agriculture), Government of Karnataka who constituted inquiry committee headed by a retired High Court judge, Sri N.K. Sudhindra Rao and he has submitted his report and recommendations after inquiry during September 2022 itself. From our RTI inquiry and appeal (copies enclose), I came to know that the report even today is pending in the Governor’s office. The office staff have not brought this information to the Hon’ble Governor for reasons known to them. This has to be brought to the kind notice of Hon’ble Governor for his kind perusal and for necessary action. This will help to take action on Dr. K.N. Kattimani, Former VC, UAS, Raichur who has violated rules and regulations and involved in the corruption, Such action will clean the UAS Raichur administration and helps University for its future growth and development and will be greatly useful to students and farming community of the Kalyana Karnataka Region.
