Chicken, the miracle meat is a favorite among all age groups in the country and can do wonders to the body when consumed in the right proportions. Some of the benefits that chicken can give to every individual are listed below.

Chicken soup has long been used as a home remedy for relieving cold, flu, and other common respiratory infections. Chicken soup prevents the migration of neutrophils, a type of immune cell, thus preventing inflammation during common infections and boosting immunity.
