Bengaluru : Counting for 224 constituencies began at 8 am in what is expected to be a crucial election ahead of next year’s Lok Sabha polls. In a strong wave of incumbency Congress is heading towards a landslide victory as it has crossed the number required for forming government in the state. At present Congress has won 135 seats and BJP has claimed victory in 66 seats and JDS bags 19 seats.
