Bengaluru: Mental torture of BBMP Revenue Officers for no reason*

President A. Amrit Raj said that according to the complaint given by BBMP, the sudden arrest of revenue officers according to the Representation of Public Act is not appropriate, but it is said that M. Action should be taken against Chilume Institute.
BBMP officials are ready for investigation by police and CEO and should not be mentally tortured.
Let any one agency do the investigation, two or three police stations or different agencies should be involved and the BBMP officials should not be subjected to mental torture.
As per the Representation of Public Act, BBMP cannot file a complaint. The Chief Electoral Officer should file a complaint. Here is the procedure error.
Chilume organization BLO has done illegal by forging identity card. Instead of taking action against them, BBMP is taking action against the revenue officers, according to law, it is unreasonable, he said.
It is inappropriate for the police to file a case and arrest the officials regarding the theft of data and removal of voters from the electoral roll of Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Corporation regarding the involvement of Melume organization in the case of data theft. BBMP officials are not involved in any way and only names of repetition have been removed.
