Bengaluru: Prabhu Chauhan has immediately dismissed the allegations by the high court that the high court has ordered a re-enquiry into the fake caste case of Karnataka government’s Shri Prabhu Chauhan. The Kalburgi bench of the state high court has ordered Bidar’s caste review committee to re-invest the cases against Sri Prabhu Chauhan on 01/02/2022. Prabhu Chauhan on the committee is likely to use his ministerial position to demand his immediate dismissal. Originally filed by Maharastra-based Prabhu Chauhan in the name of the Lambani community of Karnataka, a writ petition has been filed in the Karnataka High Court bench, demanding the dismissal of the legislature (WRIT PETITION NO). The Hon. S. Indirash’s court order dated 1-2-2022 had previously been cancelled by Bidar’s caste review committee on 20 – II – 2017 and the orders issued by Bidar and district officials on 31-3-2020 and 10-4-2020, and a fresh investigation into the case. The report has been issued a six-month deadline. Shri Prabhu Chauhan is one of the most influential ministers in the government of Karnataka and he is powerful enough to make use of the influence of his ministerial position on the caste verification committee and report as they wish. There is every possibility that the influence of their power over the authorities will distract the investigation. In this context, Prabhu Chauhan should not remain in power for a moment. Honorable Chief Ministers, Mr. Basavaraja Bommayi, immediately demand that Prabhu Chauhan be dismissed from the Cabinet and not be appointed to any constitutional post until the final judgment of the High Court. Case Description: Shri Prabhu Chauhan, Minister of State for Animal Husbandry, originally from Maharashtra. He and his family members all belong to Maharashtra.Had been told. The minister had used his influence to influence the Bidar district collectors in the report of the Caste Review Committee. With the High Court order now to issue a fresh T-verdict report, the Karnataka government’s chief ministers Shri Basavaraja Bommayi have demanded that Prabha Chauhan be resigned from the parliament for endorsing a fair probe. Bidar District Officers – Y20 Sheena Committee members request that a fair report be submitted to the High Court within the stipulated time period without any financial monetary, pressures etc. If the means are, 27 Prabhu chauhan’s grandfather was a Devi Taluk in the Latur district of Maharashtra. Their source: Caste certificates confirm this. But in order to get into the Aurad Assembly constituency of Karnataka, which is reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Prabhu Chauhan has enclosed his original caste certificate and illegally issued the Scheduled Caste Certificate to the Lambani community of Karnataka.
