Bengaluru: Sudhamurthy, president of Murthy Pratishthan, opened that Avarebele Mela is a good platform for promoting awareness about traditional domestic crops and promoting food items.
She inaugurated the 23rd annual ‘Avare Bele Mela’ organized by Vasavi Condiment at the city’s Basavanagudi National College grounds on Thursday. “The efforts of farmers who grow domestic crops are very important. We have to get the right price for it,” she said.
Their Avare bele fair is held till January 9. There are more than 40 stalls here, and more than 50 different delicious snacks including Dosa, Barfi, Nippattu, Holige, Jamunu, Jalebi, Vade, Uppittu, Avare Bele Sambaru are attracting customers.
Mr. Uday B Garuda char, Chikpete MLA Jejaswi surya Bangaluru south MP,1008 Vidyakanva Viraj teerthas like Kanva pontiffs, actresses Tara Anuradha, Rupika, actor Sihikahi Chandru, radio jockey Pataki Shruti, AAP leader Bhaskar Rao and many others participated in this event.
