These schemes are applicable to all the people of the state irrespective of gender, caste-religion and caste. The Karnataka government has created history by implementing so many schemes within a month of coming to power. “We went as told. We will do as we say” This is the model governance of Karnataka, now the whole country is looking at Karnataka with pride.

Separate software will be developed for beneficiary selection within my criteria.

Cost and affordability
There is no need to pay the bill for the use of free electricity, but since it is free up to 200 units, consumers are being curtailed by using attic electricity. For that, calculate the average of 12 months, on top of that 10% of the additional consumption is free and the electricity consumption of each connection will be calculated.
For example, if a household’s electricity bill averages 60 units per year, add an additional six units and the consumption will be fixed at 66 units. If that household uses more than 66 units of electricity, it will not get the facility of this scheme. Similarly, those who have an average annual electricity consumption of 150 units, can use electricity only up to 165 units.
Rented house: Free electricity standard up to 200 units per meter connection will be applicable. Although the meter is in the owner’s name, it is also for renters based on the Revenue Register Number

The beginning of the guarantee era in the state
