BANGALORE 9TH APRIL 2021: DASTAKAAR NATURE UTSAV silk, cotton and handicrafts exhibition at CKP (Karnataka chitrakala Parishath, near shivanand circle from December 10 to 19, 2021. The exhibition which brings together rural Weavers from the different parts of India featuring vast collections of handlooms, dress material and sarees. West Bengal cotton sarees and many more.
Amongst the variety of handlooms, includes, Jewellery – silver, kundan and meenakari, Textile, Handmade Paper, Precious and Semi-Precious Stones -gemstone, Paintings, Leather craft, hand crafted items – wood, ivory, lac, glass, brass, silver and gold and much more.

Colourful handloom products vie for attention which brings together rural weavers from different parts of India. The exhibition is all about the use of traditional handloom skills to create contemporary lifestyle products. The jute-muslin saris make a classic statement with their delicate stripes. The pallus are embellished with huge jute and gold kairis. Also part of Saha’s collection, are the less expensive Tangails. Gift products abound at the exhibition.
