Kartikeya Sharma, President, South Asia, AB InBev handing over the health kits to Dr C N Ashwath Narayan Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Higher Education Minister, Government of Karnataka ,  

Reflecting the company’s long-standing commitment to its communities, Kartikeya Sharma, President – South Asia, AB InBev today handed over 1,000 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Kits to Dr C N Ashwath Narayan, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Higher Education Minister, Government of Karnataka in Bangalore. In addition to this, AB InBev has donated 27,000 bottles of hand sanitizer to the Karnataka State Drug and Logistics Warehouse to aid frontline workers in the fight against COVID-19. Earlier in April, the company engaged with various states governments across the country to provide 73,000 litres of hand sanitizer in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, Telangana and Maharashtra; 25,000 FFP2 in the hard-hit State of Maharashtra and 3750 PPE Kits certified for healthcare professionals treating COVID-19 patients in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telangana.
