The National Housing and Rural Development INDIA (NHRD INDIA) is currently working towards the Housing for All Mission an initiative of the Government of India and the Ministry of Housing and Urban affairs which aims at providing affordable housing announces applications under National PCSR Regime 2021-2025. These applications are for nominees working for the Central Government, State governments, Private Organizations and NGO’s contributing directly to the social welfare and the CSR Programs.
The National PCSR Regime 2021-2025 is a flagship of the NHRD INDIA formed to provide affordable housing. In this regime the housing board under NHRD INDIA reserves 5% of the overall allotments towards the PCSR Regime 2021/25 nominations. These nominations filed under this regime shall qualify for NHRD Housing subsidies / discounts based on the various categories and quotas.
Dr. A Zachariah the Executive Director informed that this program shall directly reward and recognize who have contributed to the society and shall be opened to the LIG (Lower Income Groups), MIG (Middle Income Groups) and the HIG (Higher Income Groups) groups respectively. The subsidy shall be limited towards the purchase of the houses / flats from the affiliated developers and Projects.
