This edition of EXCON holds a lot of excitement for us as we launch two new hydraulic excavators: The first is the EX215LC Quarry. As we all know, growth in quarry segment fuels the growth in the infrastructure segment. This segment comes with its own set of unique requirements. At Tata Hitachi, we have studied these specific requirements, in detail and have developed the new Super+ Series model EX215LC Quarry. This machine has been engineered to perform in tough quarry applications. Some of the key improvements in the machine include an reinforced Heavy Duty boom, Heavy duty Arm, Strengthened main frame and track frame, heavy duty track link and chain with 20% thicker shoes, Heavy duty upper and lower rollers, Improved idler and sprocket. Making this machine a must for quarry operations. Our second launch machine – the EX215LC-SLR – has been built as the demand for customized and special machines is growing in the Indian market. The super long reach machines are very popular in the industry. In line with this trend, we have designed and developed our very own SUPER LONG REACH front-attachment on our most popular 20Ton excavator to create the new Super+ Series model EX215LC-SLR. On display at our stall is our compact and power packed duo – ZAXIS20U and ZAXIS33U – mini excavators which are the right kind of machine for most job site requirements. Easy to maintain and promising lowest operating costs, these mini marvels are an asset for all operations. The Alicon B30Rock breaker coupled with ZAXIS 20U is perfect for building demolition, concrete breaking sites where accessibility is constrained. The Auger 3500 Max fitted with ZAXIS 33U is best suited for applications like boring, Pole erection, Landscaping etc. providing higher productivity and reduced lead time. Next comes ZAXIS140H: with over 1000 machines sold from the time it was launched, this GI series hydraulic excavator, promises unbeatable performance. Keeping pace with technology, we are showcasing CONSITE ANDINSITE – telematics suites for our ZAXIS GI series of hydraulic excavators and the EXSuper + series of hydraulic excavators and wheeled products. Armed with GPRS based remote machine monitoring application, these telematics suites help the customer view their machine locations and enable them monitor machine health and operations through alerts.
