The plot in the name of CM’s wife was cancelled
Bengaluru: The sale deed of 14 plots acquired by Mysore Chief Minister’s wife Parvathi from Muda was canceled on Thursday. The ownership of all these plots now belongs to Muda again.
Deputy Registrar completed the verification of necessary documents in the Deputy Registrar’s office in the Muda office premises on Thursday. Rukshmini canceled the purchase deed in Parvathi’s name and transferred it to Muda’s name and submitted the necessary documents to the Muda Commissioner’s office.
Last Monday, CM’s wife Parvati had requested to take back the plots given to her by Muda. Also Parvathi’s son Dr. Yatindra Siddaramaiah, a member of Vidhan Parishad, directly met the Muda Commissioner and submitted a petition. Based on the letter, the commissioner had ordered cancellation of the allotment of the plot.
In this background, the Secretary of Mysore Urban Development Authority, Prasannakumar, presented the documents related to canceling the registration and also gave a photo. Pivet went to his residence in Sharada devi Nagar on Tuesday itself.
